Do you deliver to America?

Yes, we are happy to post your wristbands and keyrings worldwide.

How much is a wristband in Canadian dollars?

We can't be certain, it depends on the currency rate at the time of your purchase. As there are 2 Canadian Dollars to 1 British Pound, then one wristband (at £2.40) should cost you less than $5.

How much is postage and packaging?

It's free - or rather, it's included in the total price.

Is it cheaper to buy them in bulk?

Yes, you save money if you buy five!

Can I buy 25 keyrings from you for our Club / Group?

Yes, please email Jules@lifesigns.org.uk for exact details - Jules will reply within 24 hours.

Do you only sell them in the UK?

No, we sell wristbands and keyrings worldwide - we post them from the UK.

I don't have a PayPal account, how do I buy keyrings?

You can use PayPal to use your Credit or Debit card - you don't actually have to have an account.

How do I pay by cheque?

You can only use a cheque if you live in the UK; Email Jules@lifesigns.org.uk for address details and instructions.

Are you making profit from these sales?

Well, yes, we are 'making money' from selling wristbands and keyrings, but no, we are not making 'profit' as all 'profit' made goes back into buying more wristbands, leaflets, paper, ink, and other costs that help LifeSIGNS raise awareness about self-injury.

PayPal is separate from us, and I'm certain their system will work for you, please close your browser, re-open your browser, ensure that you have cookies enabled and try again. You may want to try a different browser, or have a friend help you. PayPal.co.uk have a comprehensive help system, please use it. What's a cookie?

Cookies are delicious bits of code information that commercial sites like PayPal use to help you shop with them.

I want to pay by cheque but I live in Germany.

We cannot accept cheques from people outside the UK, you must pay by PayPal.

Will I be allergic to the silicone?

Maybe - not many people are, but they are made of silicone so if you know you are allergic, buy a keyring instead!

I have small hands, will the wristbands slip off me?

Maybe, so you could either tie it on to your bag, or buy a keyring in the first place!

What's the writing on the wristbands? Is it the same on the keyrings?
